Things we need to begin the design process:
  • Drawing or picture with overall dimensions
  • How many imprint colors.
  • Quantity Needed
  • Your artwork needs to be PC formatted. We use CorelDrawx5 or Adobe Illustrator CS5 or earlier versions. Include in the artwork all files (fonts, scales, etc.) that are to be used when creating your artwork. Digital artwork submitted should be Vector Art. Raster Art can be provided but may need some in-house clean up at a charge of $25.00/ Half hour. To assure we can accurately view your art, please send a JPG or PDF file along with your vector art.
Forms of Artwork

The artwork we accept falls into two seperate categories:

Raster Artwork: Raster artwork is an image created of many pixels. This results in artwork that is NOT editable, scalable, or able to be separated for spot color reproduction. Common Raster file formats include: .jpg .bmp .psd .tiff .gif

Vector Artwork: Vector artwork is an image created of points and paths. This results in artwork that is scalable, editable and able to be separated for spot color reproduction. Common Vector file formats include: .ai .eps .cdr .pdf.

Proof and Approvals

Paper and electronic proofs will be sent at no charge.

Pre-production proofs are available for an extra charge. Call Customer Service for a quote.

We must have written approval via fax or email before templates are scheduled for production.

Read proofs carefully to assure all information is correct before signing. Any changes must be done in writing and may incur additional charges.

Imprint and Set-Up Charges

There are no set-up charges

All prices include one color imprint.

PMS Color Matching

The following 21 colors are standard ink colors:

PMS Color match is $18.75 (V) and is only guaranteed on a white base. PMS-matched colors may be applied to clear or colored surfaces but the final color outcome may vary.

Text Formats

The text that we accept falls under two distinct formats:

Live Text– Live text is still in a text format in the artwork’s original program and can still be spell checked and corrected. Live text requires the fonts used in order to be displayed and printed correctly.

Converted Text (preferred)– Outlines/paths/curves are vector artwork and as such can no longer be spell checked. However they do not require fonts in order to be displayed or printed correctly.


Production Times

We ship in 10-12 working days after receiving all paper work, PO, art approval and credit approval. The production lead time starts the day all artwork approvals are received. Specific ship dates must be confirmed with our Customer Service Department. If a proof is needed, production time will begin after the proof has been approved and returned. Additional or extended processes will increase standard production times. This includes materials that require extended processes.

Rush Service

Rush service is available. Please call for a quote and availability.


All orders are shipped FOB Bryan, Ohio.

Standard shipping method is UPS ground. Alternative shipping should be noted on the Purchase Order and an account number provided.

After the first ship to location, there is an $18.75 (V) charge per location.

Shipping discrepancies and damage must be reported within 3 business days after receipt of merchandise.


All orders must be cancelled in writing. Cancelled orders will incur a cancellation charge of $62.50 (V) plus all production costs incurred up to the cancellation date. Returns must be authorized. Please call Customer Service for return authorization within 7 days of ship date. Returns made without authorization will not be accepted.

Over Run/Under Run

We ship and bill +/- 10% of order quantity.

Exact Quantities can be shipped at an additional charge of $62.50 (V) per order.


Prepayment of 50% will be required for first time customers.,

Established account terms are 1%/10, net 30 days.

We accept Visa, Discover Card and Mastercard.

Orders totaling over $10,000 require 50% prepayment.


Random samples, with the exception of Etch a Sketch® can be shipped USPS at no charge.

Other shipping methods are available if shipped on customer account number.

We can email you a “blank” electronic image of catalog items that can have a logo dropped in. Please call for details.
