Traditionally templates were used by draftsmen and engineers but we created a new product niche for templates in the advertising specialty industry. We can create templates that illustrate a product or process to promote products and services for any industry. Over the years we have updated our production processes and have sourced state of the art materials. This gives us quicker turnaround time and a superior product. How can I market templates to my customers?
Templates can be used for any industry. They can illustrate a product or they can build recognition for your business. Templates can also be used in house to train and as teaching aids.
Some examples may be:
- A furniture store using furniture layout templates with their contact information for a customer give away.
- An Optical Supplier purchasing optical rulers to promote their products to Opticians.
- Pediatric Hospitals giving templates to children. The templates could be shapes for children to trace and color or body shapes to help identify their area of pain.
What art formats are accepted?
We are PC-Formatted and use CorelDRAW X3 or Adobe Illustrator CS2. Digital artwork submitted to the factory should be Vector Art. Raster Art can be submitted, but these files may require in-house clean up at an additional charge of $25.00/ Half hour.
What is your minimum?
250 pieces is optimal but we can do less.
What is an Overrun or Underrun?
Our policy is to produce an extra 5%-10% of the items ordered to account for possible print or cut issues. The customer is responsible for the cost of the extra pieces. An underrun is the rare case in which fewer items are produced.
We cannot guarantee exact amounts.
Why a Minimum Order?
We set a minimum number to make sure that the job is cost effective.
Is there a set up charge?
We do not charge a set up fee.
Can I get my item by a certain date?
In most cases we are able to accommodate rush orders. Rush order charges and expedited shipping charges may apply.
What are your rush charges?
We will quote rush charges based on your needs.

No, we make everything to order.
